HOW TO ACCESS A DECEASED LOVED ONE'S ACCOUNTS

I was recently asked by a customer to see if we could get access to a recently deceases loved one's laptop. Computer Services was able to get access to the files located on the laptop but in this case much of the files were kept online.

This lead to a conversation about how to get access to the online content. This can be a long an difficult thing to do. Of course, nobody wants their data accessed by anyone else so companies go to great lengths to keep other people from logging into your account. This is why getting access to the data can be so difficult.
